Winston Wins First Up On Home Soil

With two solid jump outs under his belt, Winston was back at the races on his home track Mornington on October 23rd 2025. In a Benchmark 62 over 1500 metres on a Soft 5, apprentice Sam Kennedy began well from an awkward barrier to have the son of Churchill settling fourth off a solid run tempo. Before the turn, Sam started to improve her position and Winston ran away down the straight to score a strong 1.75 length margin victory.
