The Kid Finally Wins His Maiden

After placing on several occassions including two of them in town, and one of them by the narrowist of margins in a Listed Race behind Golden Archer, the Kid finally had his turn. In a 1008 mtr 3yo Maiden on the 7th November 2011 at Mornington, Kid Kobe was well fancied to break through for his Maiden win. After beginning slowly jockey Brad Rawiller moved Kid Kobe into the race at the turn and then had to fight off a strong challenge for the whole straight before scoring a narrow win.
