Taspinaro Lands His Maiden Victory

After just finishing out of the money on two previous occassions Taspinaro was off to Stawell on January 7th 2022. In an 1100 metre Maiden, Harry Coffey had the son of Nicconi travelling outside the leader before hitting the front just after turning and holding off a fast finishing challenge to score a narrow victory and record his Maiden win.
