Lapland Wins HIS Well Earned Maiden Victory

After placing 3 times form his 3 runs in his first preparation, Lapland was out to score a well deserved maiden victory. In a 3yo and Up Maiden over 1000 metres at his home track Mornington on December 23rd 2025, the son of Anders looked well placed. From the inside gate, jockey Brad Rawiller pushed forward early an held out early challenges to lead and not be crossed. On turning Brad asked Lapland for the next gear and he kicked away down the straight to hold off a late challenge and score his Maiden victory.
