Sherpa Makes It back To Back Wins

After recording a strong win second up at Bairnsdale, Sherpa made his third appearance this pre look even easier. In only a 5 horse field in a 0 - 72 handicap over 1113mtrs at Sale on the 7th October 2011, Sherpa with Noel Callow aboard was able to box seat from a good barrier. With the leader getting off the rail on the turn he was able to push through and put the race to rest quite early scoring a very comprehensive 4 length win.

Ello Ello Breaks Through For His Second Win

After three minor placings from his first three starts back this prpeparation Ello Ello went one better. In a 0 - 62 handicap over 1113 mtrs at Sale on the 7th October, jockey Noel Callow had him out at the top of the straight before lifing him over the line to score a narrow win and make it a stable double and also a double for Noel Callow.
