muzukashii wins moe maiden

After appearing at the races on two other occasions and with excuses given it was great to see the daughter of Just A Way get on a suitable track and distance. In a Maiden 1600 metres at Moe on November 7th 2022, jockey Craig Newitt began well from barrier 3 and had the filly settling just off the speed. Before the turn he asked Muzukashii to make her move and that she did, taking narrow gaps and striding out beautifully in the straight to score a nice win.
