After a strong performance Ist up which saw him place 2nd over 1200mtrs, it was off to Cranbourne on the 16th December 2017 under lights to see if the son of Smart Missile could go one better. In a Benchmark 64 over 1300mtres and carrying 59.5kg, Jamie Mott sat outside the leadedr and looked comfortable doing so before asking Missile Boom to extend in the straight to score a comprehensive 1.25 length win
