kothu rotti wins maiden hurdle
After a solid flat race career to date which includes one win and seven placings from 15 starts, it was time for Kothu Rotti to try his skills over the jumps. After a solid trial foundation over the jumps and a last start second on the flat at Benalla on the 27th April 2018, it was off to Warrnambool. In a Maiden Hurdle over 3200 metres on the first day of the Carnival May 1st 2018, jockey Clayton Douglas lead form start to finish to hold off any challenges to score a tough and impressive Maiden Hurdle win by .75 length
