Kashmere star salutes on Anzac Day

After a disappointing performance first up at Kyneton it was back to the races for the daughter of Zoustar. In a Fillies & Mares Maiden over 1214 metres at Moe on April 25th, Kashmere Star began well from barrier 1 with jockey Jarrod Fry making his intentions clear that he was going to lead. Setting a solid tempo Jarrod got busy on the filly before the turn and extended his lead to hold off all challenges in the straight for a tough and narrow victory.
