Eye Of The Eagle Wins First Up

After sustaining a tendon injury last preparation, Eye Of The Eagle was back at the races at Sandown on September 4th 2024. In a Benchmark 70 over 1300 metres, regular rider Jamie Mott had the son of the talented mare Tickle My placed midfield back on the fence. On turning Jamie pushed up on the fence gaining a rail run and Eye Of The Eagle sprinted quickly to score a first up win.
