Beleeup Takes To The Flemington Straight
Finally we got to see on race day what we had seen time and time again at home. With impressive work and barrier trials, and yet disappointing result's on the racetrack, the son of Bel Esprit showed us his true potential. In a 3yo Handicap at Flemington on the 28th June 2014 over 1100 metres, jockey Chris Symons was able to have Beleeup settle back in the field before gaining clear running and working home strongly to score a solid .2 length win.
