Beau Rada Misses The Car by .07 seconds
After narrowly being defeated in a Benchmark 78 at Moonee Valley on the 20th November over 955 metres in a time of 56.89 seconds, it was back to try again. In the same class of race on the 4th December, there looked to be good speed on paper. After beginning well and jockey Daniel Stackhouse having Beau Rada positioned to strike on the turn, the son of Hard Spun showed his usual turn of foot winning by half a length and smashing the clock in 54.97 seconds.
